The real magic of true health comes from the numerous little tiny habits and decisions that make up each day. You don't need to overhaul your life. You don't need to workout five days a week. You DO need to learn how to structure your life in a way that supports your body, mind, and lifestyle.
Allow me to introduce you to your new best friend, habit coaching.
I utilize an app for your phone called Nudge that allows you to sync the data from any wearable devices (think Fitbit, Apple watch, or Strava) to track the four main habits that affect your health; sleep, water intake, vegetable and fruit consumption, and movement. In addition to the "big four," we can also set up trackers to collect information on anything that is relevant to your health. I see all of the data that you track, and I support you to overcome obstacles, celebrate successes, and nudge you along with your habits.
In addition to the app, you will have access to brand new workout videos each month that you can do at home with just a set of ten-pound dumbbells. All workouts are safe for postpartum bodies (although we will chat specifically if you have been pregnant in the past year). Workouts can typically be completed in 10-20 minutes and will include modification to make it more or less difficult.
Healthy habit accountability + quick and effective home workouts? What more could person ask for on their journey to a healthier, happier self?!

For $30 a month, you can have me by your side everyday of the week. You get a personalized app, check-ins 3+ times per week, six new postpartum-friendly workout videos each month to do from the comfort of your living room, and access to my years of training, research, and practice. Oh yea, and you learn how to be a happy, healthy, strong, confident, and balanced human for life.
If you'd like a little extra hand holding, you can add a 20-minute video chat or walk in the park strategy session whenever it's needed for an additional $20. Our meeting can dive into how to to make this a lifestyle change and not just another round of on-the-wagon/off-the-wagon thinking, check your form during workouts, or dig deeper into your health challenges. Whatever you need, I've got your back.
And my personal favorite, for $90, we can do a full lifestyle inventory which includes a 90-minute session at your house (within 20 miles of downtown Denver) to take a look at how to best structure your physical environment for maximum success. We'll dig into your daily routines and pin point all the areas where a few small tweaks may deliver big results.
