Did you know that 95% of people that lose weight quickly will gain it back? That's nearly EVERYONE! And for those that take a more sustainable approach, 65% of them will still gain that weight back within three years. Those odds aren't great. On top of the weight loss deck stacked against us, our children are learning how to be a human in this world by watching us. What do you think they are learning if they see us gaining and losing, restricting and binging, stressing and throwing our hands up in defeat? 

Even more eye opening as a mother of a little girl is that 9 out of 10 girls want to change at least one aspect of their physical appearance and 6 out of 10 girls are so concerned with the way they look that they are holding back from participating in important life activities. 60% of children age 6 to12 are worried about how much they weigh, and 70% would like to slim down. We can do better for our babies. And it starts with us.

Now that we know that diets don't work and our children are picking up on our shitty habits, I want to teach you about a better way. It is possible to beat the odds and create GENUINE health. This health doesn't always show up as six pack abs or size 4 jeans. It does mean that you will have muscle mass and bone density to carry you gracefully into old age though. It does mean that you can finally have a positive relationship with food and movement. It does mean that you'll have the strength and energy to keep up with your kids and their activities. And it does mean that you will have the skills, the language, the mindset and the lifestyle to raise a strong confident child.

How do we do it? Habits. 

But habits sound so boring you say! Well, what we've done for decades isn't working so let's try something new. Something that is sustainable, fits into your busy life, and will make a difference. It'll take longer than 30 days, but I promise you, this is the stuff that changes lives.

These sessions are great for mamas that have some gaps in their health and self-care routine but don't know where to start to fix things. We will spend dedicated time together digging to uncover the root of the issue and an effective strategy to overcome your obstacles. I specialize in creating a positive body image, elimination diets, and digestion while always keeping sustainability and your lifestyle in the forefront of our work. In addition to our eight, one hour sessions, you will receive my Healthy Habits journal and action steps to tackle after each call. Sessions must be booked within a 12 week window. $495.

Group Coaching- Learn to Live With Strength-

This 12 week program is for women who are ready to dive into the world of habit based health and change their lives with a more sustainable and lasting method. After talking with dozens of women, I frequently hear that you need accountability, consistency, and some hand holding. That is exactly what this program offers you. You will first understand what habit based goals are and why they are so crucial to your health, then you will learn how to create, track, and use habits to reach your best self. Together, we will have a 30 minute one-on-one session every four weeks and I will check in on you personally three times each week in our FaceBook group. You will get my Healthy Habits journal shipped to your house (within the continental US) to record your daily progress along with weekly discussions around body image and self worth. Sessions are capped at 25 beautiful women which allows us to really dig deep implementing positive habits into your life so that you are set up for a lifetime of success. Interested in learning more? Do you live here in Denver and are intrigued by strength training? Few things make my heart flutter like teaching a woman who has never lifted before just how strong she is. My clients are women that don't consider themselves "fit" by the traditional fitness industry's standards, but are ready to feel strong, perhaps for the first time in their life. I believe that fitness, and especially weightlifting is for everyone, no matter your size, background, or athletic ability. Learning to lift a barbell and move your body safely and efficiently is such an empowering experience that I want to share with everyone. I train clients in a gym in the Curtis Park neighborhood just east of downtown Denver.
